Scarfs are still big in the fashion world and it doesn't look like they are going to be going away any time soon, and why would they? They add a burst of color right around your face and pull any outfit together, plus their are many different ways to wear them...making the scarf the them most versatile accessory one the runways today.
Here are a few different ways to wear them, step by step.
The first look is probably the easiest to recreate (although none of them are all that hard).
{Step one}
Put the scarf on backwards, and let the ends hand over your shoulders.
{Step two}
Continue to wrap the ends around your shoulders so that they now hand in front of you.
This next way to wear your scarf is not only great for accessory scarfs like this one, but it also works great for winter scarfs because it keeps the scarf up nice and high, thus keeping the warmth in and cold out.
{Step one}
Fold the scarf in half and wrap it around your neck.
Pull your loose ends through the lope on the other side.
The next way to wear your scarf is one of the newest trends this year.
{Step one}
Tie two ends of your scarf together, creating a circle.
{Step two}
Wrap the scarf around your neck twice to create a loose drape with the scarf.
And last but not least...sometimes you are wearing a pretty necklace that you just don't want to cover up, or the collar of your shirt doesn't work well for a scarf, that doesn't mean that you can't incorporate one into your wardrobe. I personally love to tie one onto a purse for a hint of color.
Then you always have a scarf handy to wrap over your shoulders if you are ever in a cold room; think... movie theater, or when you get seated at the table right by the door. Now you are stylish and prepared!
